Yes, we use e-collars as one tool in our balanced training approach. The e-collar is introduced gradually and used at low, comfortable levels as a communication tool—not a punishment device. We fully condition your dog before any e-collar work begins, and we teach you how to use it properly during turnover.
Our entire process is designed to ensure your dog listens to you. We incorporate you into training early and dedicate significant time to turnover, where we teach you every command, timing, and technique. The goal is always real-world reliability with you as the handler.
Many dogs we work with have a mix of obedience gaps and mild behavioral concerns like leash reactivity or nervousness. Our trainers address these within the obedience program when possible. For more serious behavioral issues like aggression, we may recommend our Behavior & Aggression program instead.
